Last week we faced an injunction placed on us by a Maricopa County official due to a FACEBOOK post and observing the said person in public berating his children during the busy shopping season Christmas 2020. The Maricopa County side of things can be best described by a clerk of the court, "I've never seen this in twenty years..." and ultimately the filing was sent it to Pima County. I have nothing but praise for both the judge and his judicial assistants who were fair and unbiased in a very, VERY confusing situation.

Ultimately the injunction was Quashed and truth, the first amendment, and right to complain on corrupt officials still stands!
