Continuing through Sunday April 19, at the great venue that is the Harkins Theatres Scottsdale 101, there are films for every taste as well as workshops and events.

Congratulations to all the Summer Film Camp participants at Phoenix Film Festival for getting their short film to the big screen.

HepCats Technologies is proud to support the Phoenix Film Festival.

The signature event of the Phoenix Film Foundation, the festival runs March 23 to April 2, at the Harkins Scottsdale 101 theater, and will have over 200 screenings during its run.

With shorts, animation, documentaries, international selections, sci-fi, horror, and full-length feature films, Q&A sessions, and filmmaker panels, there’s something for everyone. (Bring the aspiring youngsters for kids day, Saturday 3/25!)

Floppotron gets an upgrade

The eletro-mechanical music machine know as the Floppotron, for its use of floppy disk drives and other computer parts to make sounds, has been upgraded!

It now has better ability to play more notes and multiple-harmonic sounds at one time.
