Phoenix fire crews say a man and a woman were seriously hurt and were taken to a hospital after being struck by a car Friday night.

JUST IN: Mesa police are investigating after a man with developmental disabilities was found dead inside a vehicle at an in-care facility yesterday.

Man with disabilities found dead inside vehicle outside Mesa in-home care facility Mesa Fire and police responded to ITC Personal In Home Care, located near Lindsay Road and University Drive, for a man who was found dead inside a vehicle.
