Another Exotic Art Show Spectacular is in the books for Alwun House! There was incredible turn out, people were loving all the performers - sh***ri creating a human bouquet in the gallery, wonderful galactic cowboy live body painting downstairs, jazz in the West garden and a bevy of talented performers on the main stage! The weather was perfect, the crowd looked amazing and the art throughout was exciting, exotic and exhilarating.

I sadly didn't do much documenting this year 😭, just got a few shots overlooking the people and gardens. It means a lot to have such great turnout to support what Alwun House does to give local artists a home gallery, a place to grow, and to continue to be a Third Space for so many in our community.

I believe in the mission, and live my life at the intersection of several communities that feel at home at Alwun House. It's a special place in the community with a long history, establishing itself as a cornerstone of the arts district. I've been a volunteer here for years, and it's an honor to become their newest Board member.

While a lot of friends follow my business page, I figured a proper career introduction might clue you in to a few things you might not know about my skillset.

🎙️I'm a long-time voice actor, audiobook narrator and producer. My background is in commercial production, including writing and editing. From my pro home studio, I provide audio that meets the specs for any online or internal corporate projects, audiobooks (producing retail-ready audio), videogames and animation, and full production and script assistance for commercials.

🎥 I also enjoy creating promotional video content. For the nearly 2 years I served as Volunteer Coordinator at Alwun House, I took joy in being a primary contributing content creator, editing and producing videos to promote and recap events through social media.

This narration video demo includes 2 previously produced videos that have been remixed and re-recorded, and 2 I created from licensed stock. The act of creating this video demo is an exhibition of my multimedia skills as well as narration abilities, and I had a blast creating the audio demo and accompanying video to share with you.
