When you transform... everyone in your life gets to as well. 💕

Your kids, your partner, your family... everyone. 🌎 ❤️

I remember struggling with my body, my hormones, my mood and my energy levels EVERY DAY. 😢
:
It was exhausting just to deal with it all on top of the problems themself.

Finally I had enough and decided to put myself first, realizing I DESERVED to do what ever it took, even making more time for me. 🆘
:
I was scared that everyone would feel less loved but it was the exact opposite. ♻️

The most amazing thing happened when I finally put my health and happiness as a priority...
:
I lost: weight, inches, and self beat up.❌
:
I gained: muscle, energy and happiness. ✅
:
All based off of a decision to put myself first and learn how my body and mind worked so I could work WITH my body... not against it.
:
And now because I created it within myself I get to show other women how. 🤗💕
:
It’s already yours to have energy, happiness and a body you can maintain that you love everyday.

✨Are you on that prep life?? ✨

If we are being honest... I am no pro meal planner.
•
I get the same things each and every week for the most part (sweet potatoes, chicken, veggies lol.) and create variations off of a “master” list. 😍📕
•
I vary my meats, veggies and starches for the most part and it works well! (A method I teach my clients❤️)
•
It’s nothing special, but it works. HOWEVER...
•
Recently I have gone on a special diet to boost my energy and aid in good gut health. No big deal... then my husband decided to go vegan 😬
•
Soooo needless to say we both are going to have to change up our routine because we both lift weights and have to eat 😂
•
So what’s a girl to do? Well I’ll tell ya what I did! I got organized AF 🔥📝✨
•
Here’s my plan (hopefully you can benefit from this too!)
📝wrote out a 7x5 chart (5 meals a day and 7 days)
•
📝Looked up a few new and recipes to try (so we won’t feel restricted).
•
📝Planed what we would eat each day (no “new meals ever single day but rotating 1-2 things for snacks and lunches and maybe a few different dinners)
•
📝 Wrote all the ingredients and the amounts
•
📝Wrote a few ideas for next week (because remember, we are making meal prep easy, not cooking all the things!)
And that’s it!! It will be peeped in bulk and more buffet style for me and pre packaged for my hubs:)

Ever been butt hurt? I am right now because I smashed a butt workout 💪🏼
I have been on a mission to really engage my glutes and fix my over dominant quads!
I know alot of us ladies struggle with this so I wanted to share my journey.
It’s hard to admit that I have really tight hips but I know by sharing it and sharing my progress I will be helpful to others! So, here’s today’s glute activating workout!
🔥Hip bridge (keep back flat and abs engaged while squeezing glutes) 3x10
🔥Hip bridge holds - hold for 15 seconds, 10 times.
🔥Kick backs (leg straight back, keep back flat and tummy tucked) 3x10 each leg squeeze at the top
🔥kick back (leg crossed over to target that inner glute) 3x10 each leg
🔥fire hydrant (really lift at the top targeting obliques too)
🔥plea lunge 3x10 ea.
🔥back extension 3x10
🔥good mornings 3x12
