We are looking for entry-level and experienced Call Center Representatives. You'll be responsible for calling on existing customers to encourage them to bundle their services; internet, phone, and television. You will use company and client provided materials, sales guidelines and procedures, and your excellent sales skills to enhance the customer experience.

We also have tech support positions available. You will be trouble shooting internet service on the phone with the customer or opening up work orders if not able to repair over the phone.

Start Date: 2/15/2021
Position: Tele-Sales Representative
Hours: Training 9AM-6PM (Off Sat/Sun)
Permanent Schedule - 12:00PM-9:00PM (Off Sat/Sun)
Pay: $10 per + bonus potential
Perks: Attendance bonus up to $3 more per hour, Benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental), 401K, Referral bonus program (make $400 per referral through December 31, 2021)
Work At Home: Work at home option available 4-6 weeks after training if approved by operations (attendance/performance must be acceptable)
