JAG Arizona

Great leaders aren't born, they're developed through opportunity, encouragement, and community!

Last fall, more than 320 JAG Arizona students gathered at Phoenix College for our Leadership Development Conference, where they connected with business professionals, participated in leadership workshops, and explored future career opportunities. Thanks to the support of more than 50 employers and education partners, students walked away inspired, motivated, and ready to continue building their futures.

We're grateful to every volunteer, employer, and community partner who continues investing in Arizona's next generation of leader!

Before heading into summer break, JAG students at Santa Cruz High School participated in an Opioid Awareness event focused on education, prevention, and empowerment.

Students had the opportunity to hear directly from a guest speaker from their local police department, who shared valuable insights about the risks of substance misuse and the importance of making informed choices. Events like these help equip young people with the knowledge and confidence they need to make healthy decisions and support their peers.

We are proud of the Santa Cruz JAG students for engaging in conversations that help strengthen their school and community.

When students have access to career-focused learning and real-world opportunities, they are better prepared for what's next.

By helping young people develop leadership skills, explore career pathways, and connect with employers, JAG Arizona is preparing the next generation of talent. The Class of 2025 achieved a 73% employment rate, with 86% of employed graduates working full-time and 91% reaching full-time positive outcomes.
