Join our South Phoenix chiropractic office! We are looking for a permanent part time massage therapist to join our team! ** Pay rate is $20-30 per hour + tips DOE
** 20-25 hours per week per therapist
** Chiropractic Assistant certification is a big plus but training can be provided, additional hours available

Wednesday 7:45 AM - 1:00 PM
Thursday 2:15 PM - 7:00 PM

Our office is looking for an organized, motivated professional to multi-task at the front desk. We need a candidate with good interpersonal skills who has natural time management and intuitive project management ability. Position involves interacting with patients, co-workers, and insurance companies, while maintaining a flow of well-managed progress in follow up and scheduling. Daily use of Excel, Outlook for task reminders, Word, and billing software. Position includes duties for front desk, patient intake, billing, and chiropractic assisting. Compensation: DOE + bonuses
Office hours: full time (40 hours per week with scheduling flexibility for clerical hours)

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Wednesday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

DUTIES AND SKILLS
Positive and professional interaction with patients/doctors/insurance companies
Ability to multi-task, schedule reminders, use time effectively
Reading and resolving issues presented in E.O.B.s
Research and resolve unpaid claims through aging reports
Scheduling patients
Answering phones
Insurance verification
Explain patient benefits
Maintain clean workspace
Attention to detail
Ability to instruct and interact with patients

***Chiropractic, Medical Billing, and/or Bilingual preferred but not necessary

***Chiropractic Assistant training will be provided if hired candidate has not already completed certification
