We are happy to provide free legal consultation (Valued at $100+) to our community. We are recognized thru the Supreme Court as a non-profit organization permitted to give legal consultation.

Our attorneys volunteer their time to assist our participants. We value them because they are taking time away from their families and giving free services.

Our next quarterly Legal Clinic is on 07/25/2026. We are more than happy to provide the services but if you are not sure you will be able to attend, please do not schedule an appointment. No shows inconvenience the attorneys/BTH and take the time slot away from someone that needs the services.

Again, BTH and the attorneys are more than happy to provide the services but please be considerate when setting an appointment for our Legal Clinic.

Add on: We just opened a 2 part class for 07/27 and 07/28. 4 hours each day from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Our mission is to provide convenient, professional, and state-approved traffic education for drivers who need to complete a traffic survival course after receiving certain traffic violations.

Our program is designed for individuals who have received a traffic ticket or court order related to offenses such as:

Running a red light or stop sign
Aggressive or reckless driving
Failure to yield
Distracted driving
Other eligible moving traffic violations
Court-ordered or Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) traffic survival requirements

At Beyond the Hurt Traffic Survivor School LLC, we are committed to helping drivers become safer, more informed, and more confident behind the wheel. Our experienced instructors provide a supportive learning environment while helping participants meet their legal requirements.

Whether you've been referred by the court, the MVD, or simply need to complete a required Traffic Survival School course, we're here to help you every step of the way.
