Well, set your goal, and then reverse engineer the specific steps you need to take in order to achieve it.⠀

Here's a little exercise I share with my coaching clients:⠀

👉 First, define the goal at the most basic level. The key is to have no vagueness or ambiguity so that’s it’s as reasonable as it is achievable.⠀

👉 Next, confirm your commitment. It’s a good idea to make sure that you’re ready, willing and able enough to do the work necessary before you make a start.⠀

👉 Then it’s time to break it down into digestible pieces. The only way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time!⠀

👉 And finally - take action!⠀
