Single best meal I’ve had in 2022. Pekin Duck 10 day cure, applewood cold smoke and roasted to crispy mahogany-brown. House Sesame-Hoisin and Hot Pot Sauce on both fluffy baos and scallion/shallot pancakes really made the experience worth living for.
