Come and see our mediation day fits! As cool and chill as we can be, take a breath, slow down because HBH is not stopping with our spirit Fridays! We did some Zumba, yoga poses, and learned new meditation techniques. Let us know what you do to meditate

Today is Safety day! At HBH we explain to the kids on protective equipment and safety signs that we see all around us! How cool is it to know and learn about safety and that we can apply that to our everyday lives! Do you know someone who wears safety equipment for their jobs?
