Back in the saddle after a full month on the move.

🔧 Wrapped the Payson Dome install — incredibly rewarding to see it all come together (see project thread for the story).
👨‍👧‍👦 Got quality time with my dad, brothers, and niece.
🍭 Dabbled in sugar overload (the science experiment is officially concluded).
🥩 Kicked off a celebratory steak-and-tater recovery protocol.
🏃‍♂️ Slowed things down—added outdoor runs and post-meal walks. Game changers.
💪 Now I’m recharging and resetting:
– Restarting my 5am gym time
– Clearing out the closet (literal + metaphorical)
– Updating my website
– Clarifying goals
– Reconnecting with my people

Exhausted, grateful, and ready to rise again. One small win at a time.
