While our owner has been taking care of her family that certainly doesn’t mean we’ve been sitting still!

Our Cleaners
Many of our employees have remained working behind the scenes. Our cleaners continued working with a smaller group of property management clients to make sure their Airbnbs were kept in 5 star shape!

Our Handymen
Over the past year the handyman side of Short Term Turns has tripled in size. We now have 5 full time handymen on staff! They have completed numerous projects both large and small - 4 gorgeous bathroom remodels, 3 new permitted casita builds, and a fully renovated 4 bedroom house. We’ll highlight some of these projects over the next few weeks.

Our Expansion
Along with our previous property management and cleaning services, we are happy to announce new client-requested services! Services such as weekly trash can curb services, yard maintenance, bulk trash pickup, and runner services are all now available.

We look forward to providing these services to the Greater Phoenix Airbnb community again!
