When I was conceptualizing how my house would look like, I spent almost all my time searching the internet for different designs that could inspire me to design my own. I made my own design from its exterior to the floor plan. I hired an architect to draw it for me.

There was this design that I really fell in love with but I did not copy it exactly. I just made it as my inspiration to design my own. You know that feeling, when you found something that you really like and cold not take your eyes off on it? That was my feeling!

So, there is always that something that really inspires you to make your own, that design which will make you want to build your house tomorrow!

Spoon Display
A collection of spoons takes pride of place in the kitchen when mounted on a painted board. For an extra special look, mount them in an ombre pattern.

To make: To assemble, cut a piece of plywood to the desired size and paint. Lay spoons in a light-to-dark pattern on the wood, and use a pencil to mark a spot on both sides of each spoon, typically
just below the bowl. Remove spoons, and drill holes at markings. Working with one spoon at a time, loop fine-gauge wire over the handle and through the holes; twist together wire ends behind the wood to secure. Repeat until complete, then hang.
