Nail Intuition

The nay sayers,

They’ll never understand ya know.
The ones who are too afraid to believe in themselves and be absolutely delusional day in and day out

One of your greatest skills to strengthen will be to let yourself be misunderstood.

Allow yourself to receive facial expressions of down right confusion

Allow yourself to let people speak their fears onto you and the power to leave em where they stand

Allow yourself the power to hear em and smile… and not make it mean anything about you.

The people closest to you are usually the biggest “criticizers” and have no history nor experience to give such criticism.. allow yourself to learn the lesson of whom you share info with

Allow yourself to feel the “selfishness” when you bite your tongue and discuss nothing of whats going on in your world

Allow yourself to trust yourself, to walk alone until the people whom do get it come around and bring out your strengths and accountability.. instead of weaknesses and allow you to play victim with them

You know all youve done
You remember the tears youve dropped
You remember the late nights
You know the low cash times
The times when you said ‘fck it’ and moved sloppily anyways…

The times you got up and walked away from shops that broke you to your core

The times you felt it was the end and it was all for nothing…they never seen you in them times, they dk them times… they have absolutely no idea what you did to be HERE AND STAY HERE

Allow them to never understand
….. you keep going

This goes hand in hand w/policies
As policies are boundaries for the biz

Policies/ rules/ etc.. all of it

In my last year of practicing and observation of boundaries in personal and reflecting back to when I ran biz #1….

I see where the attention needs to be put
… and its into the people pleasing / wanting to be accepted part

You give the boundaries yet you feel intimidated to stand on em… when you stand on em.. the people pleaser in you tends to creep out and wants to lower em so you can then feel accepted and still be
‘One of them’

To be liked… to be understood
To feel belonged

I knew for a fact my standards were rising
And enforcing the boundaries had me battle with myself, thinking I WAS In the wrong..

It took a hot minute to realize what was actually happening… the mental battle of standing on them, to meet the standard, to step into your new identity

Will have you sway Until your solid with WHOM YOU ARE, WHAT YOU WANT, where youre going

And if you can work on this.. THE FEAR OF PRICING SHOULD BE eliminated

I also like to say the pricing goes hand in hand with the ppl pleasing and wanted to be accepted too… is it the fear they womt pay?… the price too high? … na… the price is a rule for the business

Yet some cant enforce it and stand on it
Why?
