APPS continues the suspension of exam services in Vermont, and all five boroughs of NY City.

APPS has an ongoing review of the new (and existing) “shelter in place” orders. Based on that guidance, we continue the suspension of exam services in VT and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Our offices, both nationally and locally, continue to operate. We are managing and assigning cases, updating status, and answering phones and fielding and responding to questions. Overall operations continue to be challenged with exam completion in certain localized markets and we have suspended exam services in the greater Cincinnati area. We will continue to provide updates in this very fluid situation.
