Hola 👋🏽. Apologies for my lack of content in the last year. ALOT has changed but also I have been battling injuries including a broken foot and recently I broke my arm in 3 places. I had plans for runs this year but I barely start training this week to see where I stand. Please continue to support my running and know that I want to do a run club here in my area of the valley.
