Understanding the biophysics the science behind the body and the biomechanics of the human body is what makes you a great fighter if you're going in it just to learn how to fight well the first time you get hit you'll know real quick if you have the heart to fight or not but if you're going to understand the science and the philosophy behind it that biophysics of the human body then you know how to hurt the body and once you know how to hurt the body then you become a good fighter and understanding your terrain your topography plays a crucial role. Having a strong mind will far outweigh a strong body and you'll get a lot further in life if you have a stronger mind because the body will fade in time but the mind can remain Sharp if you keep it sharp.
