In 2006, I transitioned full-time into Real Estate Sales, leveraging over three decades of expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation. Over the years, I've earned certifications in Home Staging, Short Sales & Foreclosure, and Commitment to Excellence, underscoring my deep knowledge of Real Estate dynamics, from lending and appraisals to home inspections. This breadth of experience enables me to add value for sellers seeking swift, high-value sales and buyers in need of seasoned guidance through the market's ebbs and flows. For the past eight years, I've had the honor of serving on the Professional Standards Ethics Hearing Panel and provide Mediation for the Arizona Association of Realtors, a testament to my commitment to upholding industry standards.
