Shea Cheese

This Cheese Life. I’m working on a newsletter for next week based on a recent conversation I had in the shop. I shared how I talk to people all day long and sometimes I have to go home and not talk to anyone for hours. He mentioned (not negatively, just observationally) that my conversations in the shop are transactional. To which I wholeheartedly disagree. I have had some of the most meaningful and deep conversations at the cheese counter. I’m so grateful for every single person who shares a story or experience with me. I’m writing more in the newsletter, but I just wanted to share here — I have worked a lot of different jobs in my life, but this one here takes the wheel…of cheese.

Summer is officially here and we kicked off the season with a trip to Las Vegas. Hiking, eating, and picking up fresh cheese supplies from .
