Day 4 Tip : Use ‘I’ Statements ✨

Effective communication is all about expressing your feelings without placing blame. Instead of saying ‘You always…’, try ‘I feel hurt when…’. This simple shift keeps the focus on your emotions and encourages open, honest dialogue.
