Today we celebrate Romana's Centennial. Romana carried Joseph Pilates' work forward adding her love of life to each movement. She shared Pilates with clients and teachers all over the world. Her words are still with us as she inspired so many to move with joy and life.

Romana was our mentor, teacher and friend. She visited our studios in 2007 and 2009 and shared with teachers, apprentices and our clients her knowledge of the legacy Joe Pilates left for her to carry forward. Romana was witty, fun, stern but loving to get the most out of her students to inspire them and make them better. We share a few wonderful photos of her as we remember her on her birthday.
