Time on the Trails

The last couple weeks have been spent deep in the mountains—big, technical training days with steep climbs, long descents, and tens of thousands of feet of vertical as we head toward the Sedona Canyon 125 ⛰️🏃‍♂️. Hours out there strip things down. Expectations fade. Control disappears. All that’s left is the next step 👣
The mountains remind me that progress isn’t about outcomes—it’s about presence, effort, and adaptability 🌄
