Remodel for the 2 bedroom one bath came out great. Tenants love it. I chose the tiles in the bathroom. I think it looks great.

Property prices are coming down by $100k, 50k, 25k or 10k and that’s good news for those of us who are waiting for a downturn. Prices do need to come down.

This semi remodel of this one bedroom unit cost us $9300. The only thing we didn’t do was tile. Tile people are behind in work. I figure We’ll wait to replace the tile once labor and material costs dropped a bit. New appliances: fridge, washer and dryer, water heater. New tenant loved the place. 👏👏 .

I love this woman. She’s the woman of my dreams and I love spending as much time as I can with her. She fulfills my heat and my mind. We’re spending our honey moon in Playa del Carmen to make the most of the time and make amazing more memories together. Love you❤️
