It’s come up for me a LOT over the past week - the concept of grounding. Grounding takes us out of the past, Out of the future, and plants us in the present. It’s so easy to get caught in anxieties of what was, worries for the future, leading us to feel insecure in where we are right now.
If you’re in Phoenix, you’ve felt the shift in weather. It’s the perfect time to get out, take advantage of one of our many hiking trails, and practice grounding. This is the simplest practice, just bathing in nature. Lemme know if you need a hiking buddy 💪🏽
Why do you read tarot or get your cards read?
Tarot has been one part of my personal and spiritual growth journey, leading me to ideas I had been shying away from.
