I hope that this comes to light in the best and easiest way. I am sorry how this has affected you, and I am sorry i don't know more than what's been told. If i hear anything, I will bring it up.
To the community, please help protect people by making sure your claims are rock solid. We are all traumatized and a little damaged by the very being of what our fascination and obsession with anime are. Be good to each other. Please.
If you, in fact, are spreading the slander without a "i heard this..." -let the person who actually had it happen come forth and vouch for themselves. That is an invaluable and brave start.
I hope we can move up and on from incidents like these where people learn to take both responsibility and accountability.
