Bespoke Bodywork

Buccal massage is a technique performed inside the mouth. By massaging internally, we stimulate lymphatic drainage and engage with muscles and areas of muscles that we cannot externally. The massage is performed with gloved hands and begins with exterior facial massage, opening the lymph channels.

While this modality of treatment has gained attention in the recent years for cosmetic reasons, it is deeply therapeutic—to the muscles and attachments, lymph system. Especially beneficial for TMJ, grinders, clenchers and tongue ties. Cosmetically, there are implications for lifting, brightening, toning and reducing puffiness in the lower face.
