There is no right or wrong answer in STAR interviews, just different ways to answer that highlight your characters and key personality traits so that an employer can more easily identify candidates that are the best fit for the company and team, while also weeding out the candidates who look great on paper but maybe lack the right attitude or key personality traits that are needed in that work setting.

Answering them is still hard sometimes, though.
