Growing up, I was made fun of for my weight. That pain still echoes today, and I sometimes struggle with body dysmorphia. But I’m learning to love myself, one workout and mindful meal at a time. Your past might have shaped you, but it doesn’t define you. Healing is your responsibility. Own your story, break the cycle, and strive to become the person you needed back then. Active recovery Sunday done right! ❄️🔥 A few rounds between the cold plunge and whirlpool bath, followed by 10 minutes in the sauna, then wrapping it up with a 20-minute StairMaster session. Recovery is key! How do you spend your rest days? 90 days u til summer
