ZCS Auto Restoration

Busy North Phoenix restoration shop seeks a self-starter to assist our paint & body department team working with vintage vehicles. This is a hands-on position, where you will be working on customer vehicles.

This is a full-time permanent position, with competitive pay, health insurance compensation, and 2 weeks of paid vacation each year.

Responsibilities
-Working with our Paint and Body team on classic car restorations
-Learning how to properly repair body damage, rust repair and body modifications
-Helping prepare old vehicles for paint
-Learning all aspects of the classic car restoration process
-Working with a team and assisting other team members on solving challenges on a classic vehicle

Qualifications
-1-2 years basic auto body experience
-Must be a self-motivated problem solver with initiative
-Efficient and very productive
-Desire to learn needed
-Professional appearance, strong work ethic and positive attitude a must
-Team Player – works and communicates well with others
-Clean Driving Record and able to pass a background check
-Welding experience is a plus

ZCS Auto Restoration is looking for an experienced automotive technician with mechanical and electrical experience to join our team! ZCS Auto Restoration began in 2003 with a passion for cars, and a love for bringing them back to their original glory. We believe in honesty, personal service, and bringing back the "Old-School" relationships that businesses used to have with their customers, all to provide a positive memorable experience. We specialize in performing full and partial restorations for vehicles 35 years or older, with most vehicles being between 1955-1978.

-This person will work on all parts of Classic Car restoration projects, including assembly, disassembly, fabrication, electrical & mechanical diagnostics/troubleshooting
-Will work both independently and in team environments
-Ability to approach problems by thinking outside the box - Customization is common!

-3+ years of automotive experience, preferable in classic cars
-Automotive electrical experience
-Must be a self-motivated problem solver with initiative
-Efficient and very productive
-Experience working on many different older vehicles
-Takes pride in producing excellent quality work
-Professional appearance, strong work ethic and positive attitude a must
-Team Player – works and communicates well with others
-Clean Driving Record and able to pass a background check
