Life lately has felt like a mix of beautiful moments and quiet stretching seasons. The days seem full, yet also fleetingā¦ but theyāre also shaping a stronger, more patient version of me. between responsibilities, small joys, and unexpected challenges, iām starting to notice how much growth can happen in the in-between moments.

The way I got smacked by the flu and was out for 72hrs. Omg. Iām so happy to be on the mend!!! I was on a tea, fruit, vitamin c diet. So happy to be back eating normal again lol
