Data Entry Specialist

We’re looking for Data Entry workers to process customer documents and transactions for one of the world’s largest and best-known financial institutions!
Pay Rate: $18.00 to $20.70 per hour

Available Shift Times:
• Monday thru Friday 6:00AM to 2:30PM
• Sunday thru Thursday 9:00PM to 5:30AM

Key Responsibilities:
• Inputting and validating data into the system while following standard operating procedures and customer specific instructions for processing
• Operating high-volume document scanning machines while validating quality of scanned images
• Validating/reconciling electronic records to paper documentation
• Contributing to meeting team accuracy and production goals in addition to individual targets

We’re looking for a Production Assembly Worker to work at our client in North Scottsdale, AZ! Earn up to $19/hr. in a fast-paced & fun environment, supporting a manufacturing warehouse.

About the Role:

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Available Shift Times:
Monday Through Friday – 6:30a-3:00p
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly work of all dispensers using Standard Operating Procedures
• Cleaning and refurbishment of return dispensers
• Maintaining accurate records of dispenser parts used
• Unloading and loading of shipments
• Keeping work area, production floor and ground clean
• Performing inventory preparation and count recording functions for physical inventories
Key Requirements:
Comfortable working in and being exposed to extreme/controlled temperatures.
Attention to accuracy and detail while moving with purpose and a sense of urgency.
Previous warehouse/distribution center experience desired.
The ability to work flexible schedules and shifts.
Walking and standing for long periods are required.
Physical activities such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and/or carrying up to 75lbs as required.
Basic math skills, reading, writing, and problem-solving skills.
