Grateful to spend today with county commissioners from across Florida, talking about what it takes to build strong teams.

This was my fifth year being part of the Advanced County Commissioner Program through the Institute of County Government and University of Florida University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences, an experience I always look forward to.

No matter the setting—sports, business, or public service—the principles of teamwork don’t change.
