We are really really lovin' on the newest fiber in the shop!! Transhumant Combed Spanish Merino has arrived in three delightfully undyed/natural colors.
This gorgeous 23-micron combed wool is 100% from transhumant Merino sheep, naturally white in color. These sheep travel the Cañadas Reales on their annual round trips. In working with Transhumance Combed Wool you will not only create unique spinning, felting or artistic works, but you will also support the maintenance and conservation of biodiversity regeneration and the transhumant culture of the most unique, pure, and traditional grazing.
