They are taught how to elevate their skills and fitness to an elite level to succeed against higher skilled opponents. Kinetic Chain Performance is a complete, comprehensive training program that develops each individuals' skills. Players are taught in a 1 on 1 setting or in small groups. Up to 4 players at a time will train in small group sessions. With this approach, everyone gets personalized attention! When working with a team, a plan is designed based on input from the head coach that is specific to their team. That plan is implemented with the assistance of the teams coaching staff to ensure personal attention for all players. Skills All Athlete’s will Develop:

Speed, Agility, Quickness (S.A.Q.), Power, Strength, Flexibility, Coordination, Stabilization, Muscular Endurance and Cardiovascular Endurance

Skills Hockey Players will Develop:

Speed, Agility, Quickness (S.A.Q.), Plyometrics, Power, Strength, Flexibility, Coordination, Stabilization, Muscular Endurance, Anaerobic A Lactic Energy System, Anaerobic Lactic Energy System and Aerobic Conditioning

Skills Developed through Power Skating:

Skating Stride, Edge Control, Balance, Speed, Agility, Quickness (S.A.Q.), Power, Strength, Stabilization, Flexibility, Strength, Muscular Endurance, Anaerobic A Lactic Energy System, Anaerobic Lactic Energy System and Aerobic Conditioning
