On National Prayer Day, I wanted to repost this prayer based on Luke 5 and the parable of the wineskins.

Sometimes we ask God for something new while still holding onto old habits, old mindsets, and old ways.

This prayer is about surrendering the old so we can fully walk in the new life God is calling us into.

It’s about replacing what’s not true with what God says is.

That’s where real change starts.
