2026 HOUSING MARKET REBOUND:

1/ Home Sales are expected to jump measurably by 14% in 2026.

2/ Mortgage Rates are expected to ease modestly to 6%.

3/ Home Prices are forecast to increase by 4% with a steady demand and supply shortages.

4/ Greater affordability improvements in new construction areas.

5/ First time home buyers hit a low of 21% with a median age of 40.

6/ "The number one reason people move today is because they want to be closer to friends and family."

Of course, these projections represent a view across the nation, while the Greater Philadelphia area may experience a different home sale outcome because of its unique economy, needs, and resources.
