My name is Trisha Swed, and I am a leadership development professional living and working in the Philadelphia area.

I design & execute leadership workshops for small groups, organizations, & corporate teams.

I provide consulting & guidance for business leadership to develop & run various customized programs / curriculum for their teams.

Finally, I meet with clients for one - on - one coaching sessions, during which we strengthen a variety of leadership related skill sets.

Providing training and coaching to leaders aged 15 to 150, I believe in taking an outside the box approach that helps every individual reach their fullest potential.
