yourself there has to be more to life than just this!? Have you ever felt like you not only wanted more out of life but deserved more? Well, that's who I was. I was that guy that felt that way and decided to do something about it. I created this page/community to help you do the same. We all want more out of life but normally struggle to find what more really means to us. Even when you find it, you struggle even more to get it. It could be as simple of a thing as wanting to get in better shape. You might want to feel healthier. You might want to have more confidence or to be more successful. Maybe only one of these things interests you or maybe none at all. Or maybe you’re like me who wanted all of these things. I wanted to take back control of my life instead of just going through the day to day grind. I felt deep down there was more out there waiting for me and there’s definitely more out there waiting for you. My hope is to show you the way to get it all. I come from a crazy rough world of being bullied throughout most of my high school years. I also dealt with with a drug addiction for over 12 years, battled depression from being overweight and unhealthy since I was a little kid and mass amounts of anxiety from just living a crazy and stressful life and career. I struggled with life for a long time. I felt like I was just in a limbo waiting to die. One day a spark happened and my drive to want more out of life was awoken. If you’ve read this far then I already know that spark is alive within you and I want to help you turn it into a raging fire! Through the daily consistent effort of fitness, eating better, making more informed choices and personal development I gradually went from flab & sad to completely rad! The life you've always wanted is waiting for you to come and get it. It won't just come to you, you have to fight for it and take it! That's one of the big life lessons I learned during this awesome new journey in life. Now I’m looking to pay it forward and help those that are where I once was.
