You can't learn how to cook without being in a kitchen with real ingredients! Our hands-on, apprenticeship training program revolves around one concept - You can't learn how to bartend without getting behind a real bar. We don't believe in bartending schools who train with fake liquor bottles filled with water and dye. We believe bartenders need to learn how to create, taste and balance cocktails.
