Our 200-hour yoga teacher training is officially open for 2027, and we are beyond excited to step into our seventh training cycle with this community.
Led by Anne and Sammy, this training is rooted in nervous system awareness, embodied leadership, philosophy, anatomy, community care, and the real practice of holding space.
This work changes people.And then those people go on to change rooms, communities, and lives.
