By the way, acupuncture works wonderfully for the plantar fascilitis. Because of the area, acupuncture will be bit painful. But it is really worth to try. I really hope that foot doctor refer their patient for acupuncture. Honestly, I can do better job than them.

Abdominal pain case:

Woman early 30s
Came with severe right lower abdominal pain. Pain is stronger at night she couldn't sleep. Seating position is better than laying down. No rebounding pain. It was definitely abnormal condition. She does not have insurance so she came to see me after suffering for couple days. Acupuncture and herbs. I advise her if the pain is worse or not getting better, she needs to go to ER or at least urgent care.
I sent her text to make sure if she is doing fine after two days. She said she has no more pain. I was so happy to hear that.
