kbone to the growing body of work in Philadelphia's impact and innovation economies. We are located in the heart of Philadelphia between University City and Center City, one block away from the Schuylkill River Park, a 10 minute walk to 30th Street Station, and are accessible via several public transit lines. The CityCoHo is in a premier space for connecting with all other Philadelphia neighborhoods and for collaborating with a diverse array of change-makers. The CityCoHo was founded by Max Zahniser, LEED architect and Drexel/Phila U Sustainability professor. The CoHo was created in partnership with the Sustainability Nexus, a non-profit that receives 20% of the CityCoHo's profits and works to reduce redundancies and gaps in the local sustainability scene through facilitating conversations amongst diverse organizations working on similar issues.
