Today is , a reminder that periods are normal, but access to menstrual care, education, and support is still not equal for everyone.

Too many young girls and women miss school, work, activities, or even feel shame simply because they do not have access to the products, resources, or conversations they deserve.

At ITAVFoundation, we believe dignity should never be a privilege.

Creating a starts with education, access, compassion, and community support. It means breaking stigma, having honest conversations, and making sure no one has to choose between basic necessities and menstrual care.

Periods are not embarrassing.
Periods are not dirty.
Periods are health.

Let’s continue building communities where girls and women feel seen, supported, informed, and empowered. ❤️

We’re excited to share that complimentary onsite childcare will be available during Maternal Support and Education Day 2026

PLAY.ISH LLC will be creating a safe, engaging, and supervised space for children while parents enjoy workshops, conversations, resources, wellness activities, and community throughout the day.

At ITAVFoundation, we understand that childcare can often be a barrier to attending events and accessing support. We wanted to create a space where parents can breathe, learn, connect, and fully participate while knowing their little ones are cared for.

Not every journey into motherhood feels joyful all the time. Behind many smiles are women navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, fear, isolation, and emotional exhaustion in silence.

You are not weak for needing support.
You are not failing because you are struggling.
You deserve care too.

1 in 5 women experience a maternal mental health condition during pregnancy or within the first year postpartum, yet many never receive the support they need.

This month, let’s continue breaking the stigma, creating safe spaces for honest conversations, and reminding mothers that they do not have to carry everything alone.

At ITAVFoundation, we believe supporting mothers means supporting families and strengthening communities.
