Thrilled to share our 2025 POWER REPORT, a 32-page journey to the center of the Solar States universe! Here's a preview. The full report can be found at www.solar-states.com/2025-power-report/.

In 2025, we trained 132 students, brought on 27 interns, and hired 10 full-time employees — expanding our workforce development programs into Chester County and Harrisburg. Our crews completed nearly 300 installations, including a stretch where we packed a full year's worth of solar into just three months. We lobbied in DC, rallied at City Hall, and when policy changes opened the floodgates, we answered — working nights and weekends to meet the moment. After 18 years, we're just getting started!
