Founded in 2001, Soundworks Tap Factory is University of Pennsylvania’s one and only strictly tap dancing group. We are a completely student-choreographed performance group that produces an individual show every spring, and a fall show in collaboration with another performing arts group. Our next senior spotlight is our favorite lawyer-to-be, Matt Spero! Matt joined the STFam during his first year at Carey Law and has been such an important part of the group ever since. He has choreographed so many incredible dances like “Lightswitch” and “Just Dance,” and this show he is choreographing “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough.” Matt also danced with Yale Taps during his undergrad. He always brings amazing choreography and we are going to miss all of his intricate dances. Congratulations Matt, we will miss you so much! 🫶
