I find that friends tend to focus entirely to much on the "free" in freelance and try to avoid the reality that it is a business that people are running. Friend, family or client. Business is.
Multitasking is at times needed but prepare and plan accordingly or you could spend the entire time running in circles getting nothing done.
I imagine greatness and do my best to design accordingly.
