Real estate professionals are continuing to report delays in the Use & Occupancy (U&O) process in Upper Darby Township 🏡⏳

According to the Suburban Realtors Alliance, many Realtors have experienced issues with U&O inspections, permit reviews, certificate issuance, and other transaction-related processes, with concerns over limited responsiveness from the township.
