Be You Learning Center

This month, our preschoolers went on a “Camping Adventure!🏕️” We learned about the numbers 19 and 20, the letters Ll and Kk, and explored our color and shape of the month: black ⚫️, like a big black bear 🐻 , and a star ⭐️ , like the ones that twinkle in the night sky 🌌 . We lit up the starry night with our lanterns 🔦and we discovered some of the essentials needed for a camping adventure. We couldn’t forget about our forest friends, like the Bears 🐻 , Beavers 🦫 , opossums🐀 and skunks 🦨 ! Our preschoolers designed their own stinky skunks 🦨 and explored the different scents and pheromones that skunks use to communicate. We also had fun at our “Be You Campsite”, complete with tents ⛺️ , a starry sky ✨, a forest 🌲, and all of our camping essentials 🥾🔦🛶. We prepared to go kayaking🛶 through rough waters 💦and even went birdwatching 🦜👀with our binoculars. There were so many exciting places to explore! Using our large RVs 🚐, we traveled to woodland hideouts , waterfalls, and rivers🌊, discovering all the wonders nature has to offer. Our preschoolers enjoyed exploring the great outdoors and putting their camping knowledge to the test. It was a month full of adventure, imagination, and hands on learning!

This month, our older toddlers went on an exciting camping adventure and had so much outdoor fun 🏕️🌲🔥 The kids made their own binoculars and went on a bear hunt, then decorated their very own tents and sleeping bags for the perfect camping setup 🐻🔭⛺ One of their favorite activities was using real flashlights to make shadows all around the classroom 🔦✨ The children also loved learning about campfire safety and gathered around our pretend campfire during circle time to read camping stories together 🔥📚❤️This month was full of camping adventures, cozy memories, and lots of happy campers! 🏕️🐻✨ It has been such a joy going on these adventures with my students, and I’ll always cherish the memories we made together. 💚 Until our trails meet again my favorite little campers!🏕️🌲 Signing off, Ms Azuri🤎

Happy 3rd Birthday to our sweet Zara with the biggest smile!

This month, our older toddlers explored Earth and space and had so much hands on fun 🌍🚀✨ The kids started by learning about space, including comets, the sun, and how planets orbit 🪐💫 They loved discovering all the planets, with Estella’s favorite being Jupiter and Angelena loving Venus 💖Our little astronauts then traveled back to Earth, where we explored beaches, jungles, and deserts 🏝️🌴🏜️ The fun continued with learning about recycling, meteorites, and volcanoes 🌋♻️ The kids painted their own volcanoes with bright lava colors, and even made one erupt Zara can tell you all about magma! 🎨🔥We wrapped up with an Earth Day sensory bin, sorting items like cardboard and plastic, and learning about compost and plant cycles 🌱🌎💚 This month was full of earth discoveries, exciting experiments, and lots of fun 🌍✨
